It's not rude, we just have a difference of opinion. I am going by what I saw on L2 yesterday (look up the t-trades that showed at the end of day)and today. BMIC is a known diluter that is converting the last of this note.
I have been here for a while now and have seen the same as you but I have also seen how BMIC works and considering we know that they had more conversions to complete, I don't understand why you don't see it too.
I am not bashing the stock, I bought back in and believe it is very undervalued and news will be soon but a smart CEO does not put out news until conversions are done. I think BMIC will be done today or tomorrow and then we can all be on the same page as to how great this company is and will be... $BVTK
