Second yes every single shareholder and board member moved from dfi to dfmi with the exact same position and job.
Third the judge ruled on the issue of estoppel since Simpson as the President of both companies swore in the dfmi iterated contract that dfmim was the new license holder. Dfi then proceeded to file tax returms for the next 12 years saying they had no assets while dfmi filed saying they owned the license. Simpson signed both company tax returns.
Fourth Simpson and Haskins issued dozens of documents that said dfmi was the license holder.
Fifth a court action in California in 2003 declared that dfmi was the license holder and told Simpson to turn over EVERY code copy he had, which he swore he die. Yet somehow he keeps a copy and resells it to multiple companies including TMM, who was well aware it was a stolen copy.
Sixth in 2003 Itereated issued a new license to dfmi for the codec.
Seventh Simpson testified in court that in his mind they were the same company so yes dfmi owned the code. And he was TMMs key witness.
The judge could not have made any other decision.
