Would you agree that 30M-50M dollars (current market cap assuming some major dilution) would be worth paying for 300M in assets and cash with 200M in debt ... netting 100M or doubling your money and that's assuming there was alot of dilution . if there was less then it is only like a 25M cap making it a 4x gain outright.
