Yeah i remember that, where did that guy go? I remember doing a search after his post and found the appeal information that i posted as a follow up, in which the ruling was affirmed but so what? - it amounted to 1 hotel install. If there is yet another law suit that would be bad, but i haven't found any evidence of that and it would be available to the public if that were the case. The only other thing i can think of is that the guy who sued owned shares and perhaps still does. Why would they want to promote it for a shareholder who put'em in the hole $80k? If that is the case we are all being held hostage, including mgmt, until cry-baby takes a dump which might not ever happen...
