Not accurate imo.

The stock & its value is derived through the selling of options, common stock.

There is value seen by investors in the company's product, the AOT, which has undergone years of testing. I know this to be true because the largest investors in this company see value in the AOT, and it's potential in sales. There is a value assigned there by investors. So $QSEP's value is not purely in it's cap structure.

I am an investor, and I see value in the AOT and assign a value to it. The majority of investors in $QSEP do also.

Imo one can't let the past color their judgement too much, because huge opportunities can be missed by doing that. I understand paying attention to a company's past, but making investment decisions purely based on a company's history is a mistake imo.
