What happened here was in 2017 many buyers bought this Stock on RMAT approval HYPE.

On Friday after hours the CEO blogged that USRM wasn't using anymore resources to pursue RMAT. So on Monday tons of people dumped now that RMAT isn't likely to happen anytime soon, if ever.
