Mildly confusing on the premarket. Nice pop to $11, then under $9. Good volume. I could see the approval already having been factored in, but DOWN on approval? I know the market frequently makes no sense, but that just seems stupid. Cotempla should see good sales right out of the gate.
The float being tied up definitely adds some intrigue.
