As for the IP lawsuit, it was dismissed without predjudice by the judge, meaning that Clarus can re-submit the complaint. Assuming they will (which is not certain as they have no product and they are broke) , the same relates only to LPCN1021 (not the once a day oill and not the pre.term pill which is also enetering ph3 now); in any case Lipocine was declared by the Judge as senior Party, ie its patents are older than Clarus and hence it is on Clarus to demonstrate that LPC patents infringe Clarus patents and that Clarus patents are older than Lipocine's, so GL.
But hey, I like this BS story of IP infringment as long as it allows me to accumulate at these bottom prices
