Sorry DD Kate already said she is currently the CFO of GEGI and Juan is currently the CEO of GEGI. In the Lattuca litigation Kate swore under penalty of perjury that she is the CFO of GEGI. The Judge held Kate in contempt because she is the CFO of GEGI. If you are correct and Kate and Juan are not currently An executive of GEGI then Kate has been wrong for months and let herself have a contempt order entered against her because she doesn't understand something as simple as whether she is currently the CFO of GEGI.

Your suggestion is that Kate doesn't understand that she is not currently the CFO of GEGI despite her numerous claims to the contrary. I am surprised you are suggesting this.
