If there is as much oil as is being reported down there, I don't see why any of the partners would give up percentages for rigs. In the big scheme of things, what's the difference between drilling in the next 6 months or the next 18 months. I'd rather keep the rights, which are much more valuable then securing a rig 6-12 months earlier. JMHO
