All along, she has been battling over the perceived ownership rights to her family's property in Michigan. Seems to me that she got screwed over by some family members and lost out on her share of the Estate of her father.

There is already Court Docs in Michigan showing that she lost out...whether a fair ruling or not.

The Debtors argued that based on the above, she is just trying to reinvigorate her case by using the BK Court and this case. This is obviously not the proper venue.

Unfortunately for Dorothy Mae...I may tend to agree.
