ITS blatantly obvious from the website and their relationship with the Winfield's and FINE magazine - that the joint venture is well under way and we are extremely close to more updates.

They most certainly provided 4 corporate updates the past quarter and I am very exited for the next one. The website reflects clear updates made and the new ADHC website rollout is likely to be even more revealing.

One thing is for sure - having clear connectivity to the MJ scene is San Diego at this time is a very smart business move. The move here is to be a seed to sale set up as well as multi media outfit also engaging in the training and employee regulation and software business for MJ and MMJ companies.

IMO- this is trading far below its potential and actual value based on known SS and data from the http://www.cannabisbusinessnow.com website and businesss model. The relationship with the very wealthy and socialite Winfield family is also going to provide added dividend to shareholders here in the very very near term.

This has an incredible SS - current filings and company updates showing proof they will not take out toxic loans to build a business model.
