I've cooked up a whole chicken tonight with the Stix I received on Saturday. I had no issues with broken sticks. You can see my poorly created and edited 4 minute video here if you have the heart to hang in that long. The flavor of the interior meat was amazing. The smells in my house were incredibly more powerful, distinct, and luxurious than just putting a rub on the chicken. This product is the real deal and well worth the wait.

Here's my video. It was taken on an iPhone so don't expect cinema quality. The only thing you'll see if chicken being prepared and cooked.
