It looks like this company didn't spend enough time to pay attention to OTC market services because $BVTK people are too busy and very confident on their products

$BVTK only bothered to get a few OTC certificates/reports in 2015/2014, which is very different from other companies. However, $BVTK does file reports with SEC, which is required by the law.
