Its just what happens when the 3 billionaires working together decide to payout 17 million in cash over 5 years to fund operations, build projects and then they own most the shares. Its quite common actually compared to a broke company that has to issue shares at 90% discounts to be dumped in the float which can become unmanageable. DOLV is the number 1 potential play and they are not going to blow millions of dollars on Saturday just to say hi or announce nothing as some naysayers say. I plan on watching the board Friday night and Saturday morning this week.
