The Chinese have no problem forcing the DOLV a lot lower so Americans lose their money then the Chinese friends pick up the shares much cheaper. Chinese like to rig the system to benefit Chinese at the expense of Americans see. Rules aren't fair in China....not a level playing field how they treat American "partners". The system is rigged for robbery of American technology and American equity. The Party comes first in China above all else. Nobody forget it.
