This company (CCTC) amazes me all the time with their inability to communicate a thought clearly! I assume they want to, maybe that's the problem, they don't want to. Is it one plant, or two? Will CCTC own it or will WNEC? They had an agreement with SAIC to design and build for like 15 years. Now that has changed. No final design yet? This could be part of the issue with the price. If people on this blog can't figure out what is going on ( Cartman being the exception) how could a person new to this stock figure anything out? Here's a Yogi Berra quote that fits.
