Don't forget was trading at 2m cap back in Dec. 2016 while O/S was only 2m ( around $1 pps). A/o today there are 374m shares ( 500m fully diluted). So you are saying a 2m cap will be trading at $500m ( $1 pps) or 8B cap ( $16). First let the $290m deficit go.

Analysts predicted $16 ( 32m cap, 2m O/S) maybe in 2016. Current cap ( fully diluted) is $50m. so per your comparison overpriced here.
