From my readings in the bankruptcy court dockets I believe it is fair and impartial so this hand has to play out. If we lose it won't be because of us it will be because politics interfered with it.
Politics has entered this before and the case was closed. the insiders have a lot of political pull. Just take LTC majority shareholder Neil Bush as an example he had the CEO Dave Cade put into its SEC filings that if LTC would ever file for bankruptcy he would get exclusive rights to license out LTC intellectual property worldwide.
If you go look into the SEC filings when LTC declared bankruptcy you will see that the case was transferred from this bankruptcy court to a texas bankruptcy court then back here again.
That's how Neil Bush can now legally use our intellectual property and keep the money.
I personally have faith in this court and I believe they will do the right thing by us. If not politics will win out just like it did before when Judge Torris had the case.
Politics is and always will be a corrupting force in our lives.
Just look at what's going on with president Trump. Crooked hillary get's off, Federal investigations get corrupted, money laundering by the Clintons have been ignored and justice is corrupted.
Politics is so corrupt even a non politician president is finding it hard to overcome.
We just have to say a prayer that someone of a higher authority will look after us.
