Anybody - I see in the 15c that they project 1st year EBITDA from EKO sales at $15mm. Does anybody have a feel for what would be the earnings off $15mm in EBITDA? Have no clue what to deduct off this for depreciation and interest.

I'm trying to estimate share price. I know O/S is 120mm. any idea what kind of p/e this would go at?

At $10mm earnings and 10 p/e, stock price would be 83c.
