Ya, and so doesn't all 10,000 other companies that trade on the OTC. Contrary to what some people think, 99% of ALL OTC companies are in the business of selling shares in an attempt to build their business. This is American capitalism at work. Alllll companies that go public sell shares, period, full stop. Many on the big board don't have a profit and, and most on the OTC have zero revenues or profit which by default means they are losing money. To make selling shares out as some sort of con is flat out misleading. If that's true then every company in the world is guilty. And penny stocks by their very nature are selling the promise of great profits. It's up to each investor to make up his or her mind if a potential company is worth their investment.
