I don't know what the symptoms are for stage 3/4 fibrosis/cirrhosis.
If they are not feeling worse would they drop out? Probably not and since drug has virtually no side effects they probably don't feel worse, at least not due to the treatment. How do they know if they are getting better? Would there be reduction in symptoms, what ever they are? Or is it a silent disease and you don't know if you're improving without testing?
Just wondering if small drop out rate has anything to do with effectiveness of the drug. Could be that all the drop outs are on placebo, or not.

I don't think we can extrapolate drop out rate to effectiveness.

Thoughts?
