So the cryptic capitalization of New Era with coincided mentioning of oil and gas is for nothing? Not sure if I buy that.

New Era is a Wyoming based company, and they already have company structure of parent company and subsidiary, both of which are needed for an RM to occur.

It's possible that they just hire a CEO affiliated with New Era Petroleum, but you don't just change directions of a company into oil and gas without intellectual property, which New Era so conveniently also possesses.

I mean, I guess we will find out Tuesday.
