Their still in the running but if FDA wants more info and more cash for something that's still could be a rabbit hole it's better to open more clinics and get money today! They can always come back when their more flush with cash! 10 Clinics can generate a lot of cash every day!
It's a lot easier to invest when cash is flowing in. I see it as a smarter business move at the moment. FDA isn't going away the rules could change in their favor without all the current expense.
