Makes for a nice Monthly check in addition to the share price appreciation. Im surprised with the Fed increase more companies havent announced divy cuts. AI who pays quarterly slid in the .12 cent cut announcing their quarterly divy of .55 cents. Im like Heyyyy somethings off. ORC dropped theres a couple years ago too, it was .18 cents. OAKS reduced and JMI got delisted.
