They are definitely purchasing new ships... And they now pay a miniscule dividend to try and dissuade shorts... But at what is about .01-.04 a share dividend depending on the issued shares which change daily it doesn't keep shorts that make 10-20%+ a week away...

They don't care about share holders until they don't have any left to dilute to... That is a fact proven R/S after R/S... By the way isn't this stock about due for another R/S?
