612M Float and No Dilution -Monday 100-300% possible

In the OTC land first and foremost look for dilution - "convertible notes" - that always kills a stock. Next float size. Those are the main driver of pps.

With the pending news on Tuesday, and Friday consolidation, this will move a lot on Monday is my guess.

Those screaming scam - Why would they do a false PR if they are not selling shares? What is there to gain?
