Imo the defendants should be very careful. A little digging into those old quarterly reports uncovers some shady dealings. The Lieberman guy who is cited in the FBI investigation of Dolat from two owners ago got some shares (under a misspelled name) it appears

I'll say this again, check the dates:

The old CEO resigned in Dec 2015... right before he resigned, he issued the 20 mil shares to defendant Rivie Schwebel for "consulting". That sounds pretty shady to me. Hey man, I'm about to quit, but here's 20 million shares just in case the next ownership has something good.

Sketchy stuff went on for sure. Won't be difficult for the plaintiff to prove that imo

Oh yeah, and the defendants only proof of said consulting work? An unsigned vague "contract". This lawsuit won't last long imo
