After I sent this message the website went down,there was communications with several others also and also a phone conversation with Sophia, maybe they sent a message to Ekrem Lluka the Administrator of the Shala shkp. and he said them damn stock holders, shut that website down,(lol)
He has had Russian business dealings in the past.

Through it back at them? seems logical to me,is it time for the government/3power to say something? financing allegedly cancelled projects?

I guess the Investment world is a little confused, many thought these projects were cancelled and now there appears to be Investment forums promoting them?
Is the Government of Albania going to make a statement saying which projects are moving forward?
As a investor I’m seeing mixed communications.
