I disagree since this had the big run to .02 with the CE attached. These penny stocks are all about momentum so this needs to reverse and start trending back up. It will gain new buyers and move higher once it is ready. People need to trade the trends and not hold and hope it goes back up. You can always wait and buy back in once it start moving up or after news comes out. IMO of course.
