Well maybe the insiders will hold off but you have already seen a ton of conversions since the start of the year. And it is not "worthless stock"
For example the 47 million shares if sold at a penny is 470,000 dollars for 2400 in principal. And just the non insiders can do that 853 times. At a half penny its 235,000 for a reduction in their note for 2400 etc

The other thing is they dont hold this stock. The way this is usually done is the stock is sold and then issued so they have very little risk. It is why people have made hundreds of millions of dollars doing these kinds of loans called "Toxic death spiral" loans.

Now the situation might be different here, and I hope it is. I hope they restructure these notes cause if they do that is when it is off to the races.
