I was recently in another RM play where the new company was MJ based. It was trading .02 to .10 sporadically with almost no volume (shell). That one had an OS of 108 mil, with a 3.3 mil float. After the RM, it was up to 0.28, then came the Finra name and ticker change and a little volume and it jumped to 1.30.

Very similar potential here, but the plus is the smaller OS.
