An arb win would provide an opportunity to recap (due to increased market cap from trading injection to f capital would provide space for them to issue shares again [12 month rolling period]).

The thing is I've never seen a recap at a premium. Where would the pop come from? I'd think a recap would create a massive fallout before a buyout (transfer of assets and cash on books)....

Well, 1) it would be the first actual "good news" in years. 2) roughly speaking, the company would be alive then for 2 years more "for sure". 3) what was all that noise about cholesterol, LEAPS, etc.,

4) Longer term data on the P3 would arrive

That's where the "pop" would come from ( all together )
