I can only speculate, and this is my opinion. I think they're trying to sell the minimum amount of shares against the stocks resistance. This will drop the price back to .0001 at the lowest amount of shares. This keeps the stock from gaining momentum and they can control the point when the stock moves again. Basically they can ice the stock so they can load up on shares at .0002 all day long.

I will go from this prospective. Do you want to load up on 1,000,000 shares at .0002 for $200 and know you can get it all day? Or do you want the stock to move to .0003 or maybe .0004 and now have to pay $300-$400 for that same 1,000,000 shares?
