I've tried calling the SEC about another ticker, never got a human on the phone or an email response. I finally gave up after months of trying, the ticker I was calling about is still up and running. Don't believe anyone who claims to have spoken to the SEC about any ticker especially a penny, they don't have the manpower to police every ticker and pennies are at the bottom of the list.
