Sure, in a perfect world I agree whole heartedly with you there...

But the uneducated, inexperienced, light-on-cash lotto crowd that fills the OTC is swayed by much.

The OTC crowd more than ANYWHERE is least comfortable with their holdings because they mostly don't know what they own. They dont understand BUSINESS and OPERATIONS.

They don't understand the ebb and flow of certain industries and markets.

A cerebral counter puncher can have all the effect in the world on share price to them, especially when lies are involved.

HONESTY and RESULTS are all that can save mgmt from its very own shareholders - despite best intentions and a well oiled business plan....
