Gotcha. This is being billed as a press conference, and as such, I think they will reveal quite a bit in terms of sales, EV models and future direction.

However, I agree that some pertinent info, like what they bring in to JB&ZJMY will not be announced in the press conference, but rather in an offical PR after the ticker change.

If ticker changes this week, all bets are off.

IMO, I don't think the Smyr (or Smair or smaeir)part of JinBo is coming in to ZJMY. They are already listed as a Chinese domestic IPO as FrozenBravo posted. I think they are on "the new four board" as I have seen stated in other articles.

The A9 phone seems to be hand in hand with ZJMY so like Hawk, I think that one's coming along for the ride. Many others could to.

I see Smyr (the Ecommerce, online payment companies) as the center cog and ZJMY, A9 phone and other products like the chains the move the cog. Ultimately the products will drive sales and move the JinBo machine forward.
