If USRM was really talking buy out or getting something major done the time to release the PR would be Monday morning pre market. I believe USRM owes investors at least that after the major bomb that was dropped on Friday POST MARKET. Granted we may not tank all the way below $.05 but we will still tank to at least $.065 without news IMHO.
