It's pure technical, not manipulation. IMO, if you are already long, you may as well continue to hold. Patience may be needed. Let's see how the next two weeks pan out. A sector run into July would be nice, but it may not happen.

Some here want to categorize me as a short, but I have never shorted this and I have come around on a few things, just not market cap.
