Do they have to wait until the Aug date if they reach an agreement or is that just to refile for an extension. Also, I was thinking about what Dutch said about the PEIX share offering. IF the filing is related to the settlement, I can totally see PEIX requesting the announcement be delayed until after the offering. The news could hurt their expected share price. I know nothing about that other than what Dutch posted (timing for example) but I could see that being a point of negotiation.
