This was not handled well at all by syncora or OTC.
while you and i are, well at least i am an immaterial investor. these kills any retail investing.
I still would like to know what the makeup of the stockholders is. one would think there would be a breakdown of the largest shareholders, somewhere. Welcome to the OTC.
Seems to me in the minutes there was some talk about getting higher up the chain of not on Nasdaq.
