Right now this sucks big time AT -55C. If there was another secondary on the table, they would have taken it higher than 6.45 and shorted the heck out of it, knowing the price of the offering. But with this approval they would have been able to do an offering above 10 bucks and raised huge cash. Why go for a lower price?
