I have to disagree as to the ability to transact this pig. The bid/ask spread is huge at nearly 12%. NO firm will take a proprietary position because it can't be sold in any quantity. Avg daily volume is 2000 shares which at 2.50 per share is a whopping $5000 per day. In addition to Goldman I spoke to Morgan and Merrill Lynch. No one will touch it. It isn't worth the effort to trade $5000 per day. That's 100 shares of a $50 stock.
This company has been shopped and shopped for years. The only people that care are the common shareholders who are ignoring all the red flags.
