INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH-THE COMPANY THAT CAN SAY NO.
INDUSTRIAL HAS NO INVENTORY, NO ACTUAL TEST DATA, NO FACTORY, NO OFFICES (THEY ONLY HAVE VIRTUAL OFFICES), NO MONEY IN THE BANK (ONLY $265 AT LAST REPORT), NO GOODWILL AND MOST IMPORTANTLY IF YOU SEND THEM MONEY FOR PRODUCTSYOU WILL GET NO ANSWER AND NO PRODUCT.
They promised the refund but never send to us.
Until today they have not give us any refund or products. They just turn silence.
Every time I call, I get the run-around. They will not connect me to a manager, nor give me a direct phone number for one. This is a dishonest company that has no desire to help its customers avoid lead exposure.

To this date, almost eleven months later I have not received said paint nor have been reimbursed with my money despite many emails and phone calls to Industrial Nanotech, Inc.
Paid $2000++ for the damn order but they did not deliver. Since early 2015 we requested for refund but til today they just kept quiet.
They take your money and do not make delivery. I paid them $850 USD including delivery charge and nothing got sent, they then ignored me when asking for a refund. Crooked company
We have ordered this product to use for some of our customers. At this point we are very upset with the company, because we paid them for a couple of orders, and 4 months later, they still haven't delivered the product and they won't refund us our money! We are telling everyone not to do business with a company that takes your money and doesn't deliver!!
IF YOU ATTEMPT TO SUE INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH YOU HAVE NO CHANCE. FIRST OF ALL, THEY WILL BE DIFFICULT TO SERVE SINCE THEY ONLY HAVE "VIRTUAL OFFICES" AND EVEN MORE IMPORTANT SINCE THEY HAVE NO ASSETS THE COMPANY IS "JUDGMENT PROOF"
