I think an operational plant by May 2018 is out of the question... A still under construction and out of the planning phase is probably the best that can be hoped for...

Once money actually flows in and construction starts I would expect more enthusiasm because as you noted if you have been here long enough this isn't the first time you have heard this ... Although it's the first time a reputable financier has been involved to my recollection... Please correct me if I am wrong about another financier as reputable as Piper Jaffray ever being involved...
