Agreed SRV! I'm all about transparency and sharing due and if mgmt. was as sincere/genuine about providing the utmost transparency as they claim...then they never would've increased the O/S without so much as an explanation!

It's unfortunate that we had to find out from the transfer agent but is what it is and now PGPM IR and/or mgmt. has to answer as to why if they so choose
