"Ammerman says goodbye. The Suljas say good bye. Khan says
goodbye (hello-goodbye)....Is the transformation near?"
Appears to me to be a quiet hostile takeover by Wessal
which is in keeping with abandonment of Western market
openings of late.
Possibly Wessal and "allies" have accumulated a large
enough percentage of outstanding shares to effect a
"group majority" control of Sulja.
Another possibility is Sulja brothers have simply
sold the company to Wessal and crowd without a
formal announcement of such.
Quite the mix here, alleged great financials but some
of the worst dilution witnessed despite early claims
by the company there will be no dilution.
This one is an interesting watch.
