If this were Nestle and Nabisco with Exxon maybe you'd have a point. They could line up lawyers to protect them for years. However, these are small companies that, all signed contracts together depending on each other's honesty and integrity. If these guys did anything wrong all of these company's CEOs and boards would go to prison. They don't have the money to run a scam . And they're all morons if they did try a scam.
You don't see drug gangs working together b/c, they're criminals and each knows the other is a criminal and would get them busted.
If you wanted to run a scam would you rely your freedom on the honesty of other scammers? These claims of scam are utterly ridiculous.Individually you can make those claims but, with all of the contracts and established business it's not going to happen.
