I read that PR but didn't want people to feel it was a requirement to go quiet. I contacted a few CPA's longbefore he decided to go silent & they all agreed during filing, it is business as usual. Unless I'm wrong, my feeling is PA shot himself so many times in the foot, he decided to go silent. Of course one could say they were in a quiet period both times (1 reveresed) they authorized more shares (lol).

As for the Oil production. If yo want, I can download the last 6-12 weeks I didn't do yet from KY, and show you they have had NO new permits. Also, Stevie went down and not only folmed, but documented a new well they were drilling in KY & since then, no word on the production. They had no trouble tooting the horn the times they hit before that, so one has to think it either didn't hit, or production was nill. In all fairness, maybe I should say no significant production. What I mean by that is a well producing that can add substantially to the revenue stream. That PR is over a year old, and these numbers PA keeps floating out of "possible" reserves are still in the ground.

See above. I have NEVER had a conversation with anyone @ the company. I have ONLY spoken to Mike Mulshine since he is investor relations. It seems obvious PA takes a temper tantrum when shareholders ask questions. He doesn't help the situation by doing things behind our back, and letting out PR material in an interview before anything in print.
