EDGX and NSDQ...there they sit again, for what will be all day, atop the Bid and the Ask. Sometimes with what looks like fake Bids or Asks, keeping everyone else from playing and locking in the top, the bottom, and the volume for the day. Manipulation, IMO.

Then, every so often, as we've seen, they turn her loose.

When will the next run occur? ONLY those two exchanges know FOR SURE.

Maybe Joseph and Barney could influence the pps by, oh, I don't know, by letting us know they're not at the golf course all day by actually launching that cloud-based software platform, buying some shares at these rock bottom prices, or, well, doing..........their jobs.
